A Customer-centered project (CCP) is a cross-functional, cross-zonal team mandated by the Executive Team (ET) to do what it considers necessary, within its scope, to meet its goals. This web site provides access to information about CCPs and Tiger Teams, as well as an introduction to some of the people working on these Teams.
